JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
A chargeback was issued for an unauthorized credit card charge, and chase did not help me resolve the case. I have since refused to remit payment for this charge on the grounds that it was not authorized, and I asked chase to cease contacting me. Since I requested a cease of communication, I have been contacted an additional 12 times. I consider this contact harassment and have notified each of their agents to contact me as such. A company like chase should not be allowed to ignore the law when it comes to unauthorized charges, AND harassment. That is highly unacceptable.
