I want to pay my truck payment on line to GM financial. Their website never works. You spend so much time tying to make a payment and their website keeps sending bogus security questions that I never set up. You call customer service and they ca n't help you either. So, for $10.00 they will assist you over the phone to make a payment. This is a rip off!
