I have been repaying Bank of America since 2012 for property tax reimbursement. They were reimbursed fully by - County, OR. I received a bill from B of A for $500.00 for " closing the escrow account '', stating that I " asked the to close it ''. I did not ask that it be closed, only that they stop billing me for repayment, after the balance had been paid. I can not get through to anyone to try to resolve this issue. I am - years old, have been dealing with constant " what I call harassment '', since 2012. Can you hel me? I have been - since I received this letter, and do n't know how to deal with. Thank you for your help. - -
