Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

Experian is refusing to remove an old account - - account number - that is not attached to another account and it has been on my account since 2005. I have never paid on this account nor am I familiar with it. I am asking for it to immediately be deleted from Experian report. I am also attaching a case number for a police report, for fraud and fraudulent inquires, please apply extended credit for seven years to credit report.
