TCF National Bank Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Due to being unemployed, I fell behind on my car loan payments. I was contacted, and tried to deal with the issue right away. I remained in contact with the lender, despite their poor communication skills. I could n't afford to pay the full amount ; so I was offered a deferment plan. I was to pay fees ( $95.00 ) immediately, and pay the loan amount $180.00, by -/-/-. I paid the $95.00 immediately on - - 2016 via -, using the loan companies pin number. They would n't accept my debit card ; or automatic payments, and said I had to use - -. I have a hard copy of the receipt. I paid with cash. I sent an email to the Loan Company immediately after making the payment. I did n't hear anything back from them. They have my email, work number, cell number, the number of a friend, and my address. I assumed all was well. Unfortunately, - sent the money to -, and did n't send the money to the lender. - admitted guilt. Need-less-to-say, the lender never received payment. They repossessed my vehicle -. The lender will not let me speak to a manager ; or a supervisor until I make a full payment : $960.00. Please, help me resolve this issue.
