Amex Credit card department,
I had Amex Delta Sky Miles card and carried AME- Cards since -/-/-, with excellent credit On - -, I was one day late and charged with $35.00 late fee ; request waiver. On - -, spoke to Amex supervisor, a combative lady ( - ) and not customer oriented. We get into to words and I closed my account on -/-/-. I paid all charges except late fee. . On -/-/- I spoke to - of Amex, she told me she would waive the charges since I am AME- member since -/-/- in good standing.
interest of $0.00. ) On -/-/-, I called spoke to - - at AME- - office. She agreed to waive all late fees, and balance will be -. I spoke to her Supervisor complimented her. On -/-/-, Amex sent another statement. New balance is -. ( Previous balance was - ; plus another late fee on top of twoo other late fee of $54.00 plus interest ) On -/-/-, I called Amex, - ( ID # - ) agreed to investigate charges. I hereby request that AME- should hold their word as their Supervisor says and waive the late fees on top of late fees. There is two issue here : 1. Amex is not customer friendly ; for one day charging late fees 2. Amex supervisors promise/word donor mean anything. There is extensive communication break and we Customers suffer. I have the names and dates I spoke to the Amex Supervisors, and no action taken to date. I wonder why Amex losing Customers and - account?
