My credit card is Citi bank, In the end of - and very beginning of - 2016 I had $2000.00 dollars paid off to totally what I owed to my credit card ( over - - dollars, a lot of money ). On - - I found out they charged me $27.00 dollars for interest although I already paid off. I called them and a lady representative of Citi told me " You do n't have to worry about it anymore '' Then on - - they raised it up to $38.00 dollars as claiming what I " owe '' them. I called them again, they said they 'd schedule me a callback from the supervisor, but they never called back. The Citi bank unfairly treated me and lied to me not just once.
