Bank of America Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida
I have already filed an FTC affidavit and an accompanying police report for an identity card that was opened in my name at Bank of America. It was removed from the credit bureaus but for some reason, it seems BofA still has it on its book.
