I initially made purchases with an understanding that if balances are paid prior to special promotion ends, i would not get interest charges. I have made a total of $8100.00 in two years with promotional terms along the way. I have paid a total of $7400.00 which would leave a balance of $650.00 They have charged me a total of $4000.00 of interest! that is absolutely unacceptable. I have spoken to an attorney who has gone over every statement and has made sure that the balances that were carried over were all paid prior to promotional terms so they should n't have gotten any interest. I was advised to go through CFPB and get this resolved with merchant prior to filing a lawsuit.
