I call to American Express prepaid card on -/-/2016, Regarding a re occurring debit that was not authorized by me. I had contracted - - DBA - the weeks prior tto me calling AME- prepaid to obtain copies of authorization to debit the account on a monthly basis. I was not able to obtain any documentation from them regarding a contact or a withdrawal authorization. On - -, 2016 I received an email for The Blue Bird Team stating charges were justified based on their investigation and will provide me documentation. I have been in communication with them and they are stating they can not provide me with any documentation and the $290.00 is not eligible for credit back into my account.
