Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Michigan
I made a purchase to a - Compass jeep. After filing backrupcy -/-/-, this debt was discharge/charged off. It is still appearing on my credit report after several attempts/request to have it removed. This derogatory remark is causing a drop in my FICA score and raising my interest rate with other lenders. I request this to be removed from any future credit reporting services. Thank you.
