-/-/2016 I contacted Citi online customer service as my account had not been credited with the advertised signup bonus for a Citi Thank You Premier card that I signed up for. The online agent was able to satisfactorily resolve my issue after several emails back in forth through -/-/2016. I then called Citi customer service and spoke with an agent, who said although she could n't help me, she would document my request and elevate it. I then later received a letter that my request was too old. Can you please fix that for me? I received marketing materials from Citi advertising a signup bonus for this card, and I met all of the requirements. I am a long standing good customer of Citi. I do n't think it fair to deny the signup bonus because this is taking a while to resolve ( through no fault of my own. Thank you!
