My Fidelity Rewards Credit Card account was sold to Elan Financial. Neither - ( who had managed the account ) nor Elan Financial notified me of the change in account status. They also failed to send me a new card and I only found out about the change because my old card stopped working at merchants. Wait time to connect with an Elan Financial representative was over 20 minutes, twice. It is lucky I caught it now because payment is coming due next week and would have gone to the old address ( and been denied ) rather than the new Elan Financial payment address. Elan claims to have sent a letter and new cards, and gave me a bit of runaround before agreeing to send new cards.
