Chase Visa did not properly protect my rights as a consumer when I disputed a charge by a - '' company. I had to call CHASE numerous times to get the information card mailed that provided the instructions to dispute. They were not very cooperative until months later. Thankfully I had clear cut email documentation of the vendor failure AND I provided email documentation from the - '' Company that proved they had not provided services as advertised to CHASE. Chase summarily found in the vendor favor. I FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY NEVER REVIEWED THE DOCUMENTATION Until I escalated the complaint to Chase Visa " E-ECUTIVE '' Office and fought for my rights. They finally agreed to dispute properly. I followed up with Chase Executive Office and was never called back to discuss my treatment. I gave them plenty of time. WATCHING THE - SPEECH by the widow who was a victim of the scam reminded me that CHASE was more than willing to give me NO SUPPORT with my rights.
