Capital One Credit card department,
I made a $500.00 payment to my daughter 's capital one credit card on - -, 2016. I told the rep that I wanted it to be a surprise. When my daughter saw the payment reflected on her credit card, she had it returned to sender on - -, 2016 because she did n't know where the payment came from! When I spoke to her again that weekend, she said she had it returned on - -, 2016 because she did n't know where it came from. Anyway, I called capital one on - -, 2016 and spoke with a rep named -. He said it takes - calendar days for the " wait period '' and another 3 working days for accounting to return it to me account. Therefore, my $500.00 should have been back last - -, 2016. I called capital one again on - -, 2016 and spoke to a rep named -. - said she can not help me without my daughter 's permission and referred me to her supervisor, -, with ID # -. - said she can not help me without my daughter 's permission so I gave her my daughter 's phone number. After having me wait about 30 to 45 minutes, - told me that she can have my $500.00 back to my debit card in 3 business days which is - -, 2016, according to -. When I called on - -, - did not give me the excuse of having to have authorization from my daughter ; and besides the $500.00 does not belong to my daughter. All information is in the system of capital one, but - and - chose to give me a difficult time and the run around. Definitely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This makes me think that capital one is trying to use MY MONEY FOR THERE ADVANTAGE because of people you put on the phone like - and -.
