JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I disputed a charge - in the amount of - and mailed proof of the dispute. I received a letter stating that - sent them a response and so I provided more docs. They, meaning Chase, told me they never got the information, and in doing, so did not refund me of my - charge from these scammers.
