I had bought a laptop from - using my chase credit card mileage explorer. The laptop was defective and i contacted dell to return it. It was returned ot them via return courier. I did not receive any refund from -. Therefore I contacted Chase to file a dispute with - to get my money back but they did not dispute with the merchant
