Savings account at Synchrony was LOCKED due to invalid password. Synchrony after 2 horus of repeated calls COULD NOT unlock account due to internal Synchrony security procedures. 1. I have NO mobile phone which Synchrony REQUIRES to get a text message. 2. I have NO internet at home so can not request CALL of code and be near home phone.


Thus a $300000.00 accoutn can not be accessed due to incompetent Synchrony security procedures and manager said no other ooptions. As I tarvel world-wide I can not call from multiple countries if account gets LOCKED due to password issues. very sad and incompetently manged banking institution to implement such incompetent security procedures.
