I have a complaint about a purported denial by AME- of a credit card application, which I did not submit and which was indisputably generated as a result of a computer glitch. Even though AME- staff recognize that the denial was triggered by a technical glitch, they have refused to withdraw or amend the letter of denial on the ground that the letter was machine-generated. A letter of complaint which I addressed to AME- on this matter has remain unanswered. A copy of the letter is herewith attached. Not satisfied with AME- 's failure to respond to my letter of complaint, I have taken the advice of the AME- staff and torn up all my AME- cards. I take exception to the unsolicited letter of denial which I have received, the deliberate falsification of the record by AME- and the potential adverse impact of a false letter of denial on my personal record.
