Citibank Credit card department,
I had - - Costco card from - until - - -, all these time my payment was on autopay and made all the payments on time without fail. Costco informed me that - - - onwards - will be the official credit card of Costco and - wo n't work after - - -. On - - - my - stopped working and I started using - for Costco purchases. On - - - Citi bank sent me a statement which also includes the purchase I made using - card with an interest due amount of $34.00. Since I had - on autopay I was not worried about paying - manually. Also, being used Citi for only 17 days I was not expecting any late payment issues. So here my question is why Citi bank charge for the interest? There is no right for citi to charge me any interest.
