Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Nevada

I have requested my credit report several times from all - major credit bureaus, however, I have only received responses from -. I have sent in all required documentation at least 3 times but I have not received any response. I understand that I am entitled to receive at least - free annual credit report and that I am also entitled to receive a credit report anytime I am declined for credit and also when I add a security alert to my credit report. I have cited all - reasons to - and Equifax and I still have not received my credit report.
