I made a purchase in the amount of $33.00 using my Citi Costco credit card. They billed me $34.00. I suspect they are adding small amounts to bills and hoping the additions wo n't be noticed by the consumers. I called the credit card company and got - in Maryland and he put me on hold and never came back.
