Since -, Diversified Adjustment Services continues to leave generic robocalls on my landline answering machine ( from a variety of numbers, changing the last - digits ), stating that they are calling me for a debt collector, that I need to call -, despite the fact that I do not have any delinquent debts. I have filed - complaints with the " Do not Call Registry, '' since my answering machine clearly states that my number is an unlisted number, and is on the registry. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC. Last night ( -/-/16 ), they called again. So, I decided to try this. I recognize that debt collectors have a loophole to get around the " Do Not Call Registry '' ; however, that should only be for someone who may have a delinquent debt, and that the debt collector calls personally. This agency obviously does not know who I am, because the robocaller does not use my name ( because they do not know it because I have no delinquent debts ). If they think that they can scare/scam me into returning the call, that will not happen. ( because I DO NOT HAVE delinquent debts )
