U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York
A fraudulent charge appeared on my account. I have contacted the bank numerous times to have the issue fixed. However, even though I have answered any and all questions and submitted any and all requested documents they refuse to follow the applicable laws of credit card fraud and refuse to even begin a claim, even though I have called repeatedly and spoken with them about the issue numerous times.
