Amex Credit card department,
I recently filed a complaint about American Express failing to accurately report my credit history. They state the account was transferred to - ; therefore, I need to contact them about the problem. - has clearly stated that American Express is responsible for accurately reporting the credit history while I was a member with them. This issue predates - purchasing the account. So clearly American Express needs to resolve this issue. Please refer to the original complaint.
