My husband and I refinanced our mortgage from Freedom Mortgage to -. This loan closed on - -, 2016 and - paid the mortgage at Freedom on - -. Freedom Mortgage has only partially paid us our escrow balance. They sent us a check for only $460.00 as a refund for escrow. The remaining escrow balance of $2100.00 has disappeared. I have tried all avenues to have them send our escrow balance but we are not getting any assistance.
