Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease North Carolina
Hello, I am so upset about this, and I do n't know how to fix it. A company called Synchrony Bank took over many of my credit card accounts, and has gone though and - by - lowered my credit limits to the exact dollar amount I owe on each acct, making it appear as though I 've maxed my account and completely ruining my credit score. This is VERY unfair. They should have to make a note on the credit file that they lowered the limit, so that creditors do n't see me as maxing out accounts. There should also be a way that this does not affect your credit score the same way. How can this be allowed? VERY very unfair. I understand they have the right to lower the limits, but to have it look as though I maxed out these accounts has a huge effect on my credit score. Is there anything I can do about this? I really need some help here. TY - - -
