i wrote a certified letter to Kay Jewelers in - - asking them for any information and documentation proving the chargeoffs and lates for account ending in - and they responsed in a letter to me they sold the account, it is no longer owned by them.and they have no info on me- they sold the account - - sent this letter to - and - in - - asking them to delete the account because they have no documentation to prove this alleged debt then.-, - put in a dispute and kay jewelers responded to the disputes stating it was accurate and to leave it on my credit report. i have disputed this account many times with -, - and each time kay jewelers states it accurate. IF this account is accurate then why cant they produce documentation to me. they have violated my rights under the FCRA also they stated they sold it in - then why have they updated my credit reports charge off and lates as recent as - - - each time they update it makes it seem like a recent chargeoff and my score goes down.
