my loan was transferred from - to freedom. I called to make a payment to - and was given the number to freedom. I made numerous calls and got a message that my loan was not in the system to call back. I made a call once a week with the same results. I got a notice that I was 1-2 months late and received a call from a collector. I made payments and now I have 3 showing late on my credit score.
