I have an American Express credit card to which I have authorized - other persons to receive cards under my account. I pay the total amount due each month. The monthly statement comes to me, lists separately each user 's activity, and provides the grand total of same. However, the credit company reports to the credit bureaus, the grand total amount that is due on all - cards for each card holder and not their individual net amount. I understand that the grand total is and should be reported to the credit bureau on my account. The other - account users credit scores should not be influenced by any credit amounts other than those made on their individual card.
