JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Colorado
While traveling overseas, I was given a drink that was - for several hours. During this time my wallet was stolen, a merchant initiated fraudulent transactions totaling over $20000.00 across every credit card in my wallet, then after I had awoken ( and not realized I was - ) my wallet was returned to me as " found ''. I did not realize these charges were made until I saw fraud alerts on my phone the next morning. I have attempted to resolve the issue with Chase multiple times and they have rejected my case and declared " You notified us that this transaction is valid '' This is false. The charge in question was to a merchant I never visited nor can I identify. An internet search of the merchant yields no results and does not appear to exist. It was - of the - merchants that initiated charges on my cards that night. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have been told someone will contact me within 24-48 hours and no one ever does.
