While traveling overseas, I was given a drink that was spiked with a drug that made me unconscious for several hours. During this time my wallet was stolen, a merchant initiated fraudulent transactions totaling over $20000.00 across every credit card in my wallet, then after I had awoken ( and not realized I was unconscious ) my wallet was returned to me as " found ''. I did not realize these charges were made until I saw fraud alerts on my phone the next morning. I have attempted to resolve the issue with Chase multiple times and they have rejected my case and declared " You received benefit from this transaction '' This is false. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have been told someone will contact me within 24-48 hours and no one ever does.
