My complaint is against Wells Fargo Bank. In a letter ( see enclosed ) that I submitted to the Office of the Comptroller, the response from Wells Fargo was that they had difficulty with 3 payments in the course of two years. It states that -/-/2015 the monthly payment of $210.00 was returned due to the wrong routing number provided. All three payments have been made, however, Wells continues to " pyramid late fee payments. '' Each payment is $39.00. They are now stating that I owe $600.00 in late fees because they keep adding as they go along. I only owe - late fees, totaling $110.00.
