Constant phone calls when the account rolls past due. My payment is due on the - of the month and I occasionally need to make the payment late due to the fact that I am paid on a bi-weekly basis. Recently, my account rolled past due, but I scheduled a payment that would be withdrawn from my bank account on - -, 2016. This payment was scheduled on Thursday, - -, 2016. Despite the fact that I scheduled a payment, the phone calls persisted. Between - -, 2016 and - -, 2016 I received a total of ( 17 ) calls from Citi regarding the account. I did n't answer most of these calls as they called while I was either at work or driving my vehicle. The phone calls are OUT OF CONTROL. There is no need for them to call me this many times, especially given the fact that a payment was scheduled. This is n't an isolated incident as this has happened to me every time my account has rolled past due. I would like to see this matter investigated as I ca n't be the only person who has this issue with Citi Student Loans.
