I used my Wells Fargo credit card to purchase - - ticket. On the Tuesday of my flight, - - cancelled the flight without reason. I had to buy an - - - way ticket for $580.00. I was very annoyed and - promised to send me - miles to make up for the inconvenience. But they never did. So i filed a dispute through my credit card company. 6 weeks later, Wells Fargo initially told me - acknowledged their wrong and that they ( - ) had promised to issue me air miles. They promised to check my account in 2 weeks and if - did not keep to their word, they ( Wells Fargo ) would issue a refund. called a month later and was told the case was closed but Wells Fargo would happily open the case again.2 weeks later, Wells Fargo sent me a letter stating that - said flight was never cancelled. Case closed. This is the most unbelievable act of laziness, inconsistence and lack of investigation I 've ever witnessed.
