Closing/Cancelling account New Jersey
I previously held an American Express Blue card ( " Blue Card '' ). I cancelled the Blue Card on or around - -. I also hold an American Express Corporate Card ( " Corporate Card '' ) through my employer. On two separate occasions, in - - and now - -, I have been charged the Corporate Card American Express Membership Rewards Renewal Fee on my closed Blue Card. When I have called American Express to resolve, it is explained to me that there is a " link '' between the Corporate Card and the Blue Card that is causing this to happen. This is not acceptable. The Card was closed by me and should not be accessible for any reason. Additionally, this charge shows up under the closed Blue Card account on my respective credit reports, which can negatively impact my credit. I respectively demand that AME- dentify how my Corporate Card is still linked to the Card and remedy the situation.
