Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Maryland
Wells Fargo did not tell me that I personally had to submit an enrollment verification. I was told this was done through the clearing house and my enrollment in school would be verified. However they did not do this and my student loan was subsequently charged off at the end of the month. I received no phone calls from -/-/2016-/-/2016. I received a phone call today stating that my enrollment verification was not received. Who knew that I had to send it in. spoke to me. She is allegedly reviewing the tapes to see what was actually said. Let 's see if I get a phone call back. I still have n't heard back from - and that was about 3 months ago. This is probably all over the place but I am frustrated and upset that this has happened to me. Somebody dropped the ball and now I have to pay. And of course it will be my fault, because with them the consumer is never right.
