I paid $980.00 for a website, logo, & web hosting on -/-/- on my Chase Visa card. I indicated that I wanted the website online by - -. - agreed. I made repeated requests to - to see the website, even if it was unfinished. Those requests were repeatedly denied and ignored, verbally and via email. After emailing, calling and texting - for a week, I decided to terminate the business relationship on -/-/-. I did a charge back with CHASE Visa for $980.00. Days later, I reached a settlement with - where I would pay $360.00 for - to finish the logo ( unfinished at time of termination ) and for web hosting ( completed at time of termination ). I indicated that I would not pay for a website I had never seen, despite repeated demands to see an intermediary or final website product. - agreed. Months later, CHASE Visa ruled in favor of - and sent the $980.00 back to -, explaining that - proved work had been done on the website. - and I both know that a website has never been produced or delivered to me as the paying client. I did n't pay money for - to allegedly work on a project and never deliver a final product. I, the paying customer, have never seen any work that was allegedly done on the website from - - to - -. There is no signed contract for this agreement to provide services. - has been unjustly enriched to my detriment and Chase facilitated this fraud by returning my funds to -, who failed to deliver the agreed upon service and product.
