I have been trying to obtain a modification of my loan with Wells Fargo since -. I am a nurse who lost her job during the recession In - I started working again but Wells Fargo denied my modification because they said my income was too low. My income has approved and late - they approved a modification but the payment was almost the same as my previous payment of $3900.00. Wells Fargo tells me that the investor only allows - try at a modification. My house is set for sale - -. I look at my modification attempt in late - as a continuing - because the previous amount was too high. We could not afford it. We could afford $3000.00
