I may have received calls earlier than this but I 'll start when I first made a note. On -/-/- at - PM I received a call on my cell from the number : - but no message was left. I called the number back at - and someone from First Financial Asset Management answered the phone. I asked them what they wanted and they stated that they were looking for someone other than myself, this is my personal cell phone and I 've had this number for over ten years. The person on the other line apologized and I stated that I would like to be removed from any further phone calls and that the person they are looking for has no relation to this phone number. They stated they would honor my request I would n't receive anymore calls.


On -/-/- at - I received a phone call again from : - belonging to First Financial Asset Management and called them back -. Again, I asked who they were looking for and again they stated someone other than myself. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. I was transferred to another person and I stated again that they have the wrong person/number and that I even called to tell them this on -/-/-. The person at First Financial Asset Management admitted that they showed in their system that I did call and did state this but somehow my number kept being added back to thier robodialer. I demanded that I be removed from their system permanently and to never call me again. The person at First Financial Asset Management stated that they would have my infomation sent to their IT dept who would scrub my information from their system. On -/-/- at - I received a call from : - which belongs to First Financial Asset Management , this is even after I specifically told them twice that they have the wrong and demanded to be taken off their calls list and a note made about my phone number.
