I opened a Barclay Card under a promotional offer that I received for a statement credit with a $500.00 minimum purchase and 12 Months 0 % interest financing on purchases and balance transfers. I made hte purchases and received the statement credit but have started to receive interest charges on my card for the first two cycles. I have contacted them multiple times to investigate and each time I end up talking to a supervisor and they state they will submit a case and it will take 5-7 days to resolve and that I may receive a reply to the case. If not I should call back. I have now called back 3 times and each time feel like I am given the run around. The card offer online is very clear and can be found here - The offer reads : " Purchase and Balance Transfer Rate 0 % Introductory APR for the first 12 months on purchases and 0 % Intro APR for 12 months on each Balance Transfer. '' My current case that was opened today is case # - My previous case number was -.
