Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I have a credit account with Kay Jewelers which is past due. I tr to make payments when i can, but their collectors constantly harass me with phone calls at all times of the day and night. They start at - and continue through - everyday of the week, Saturday and Sunday included. I have told them they should be receiving a payment on Tuesday, the next business day, but the calls continue, up to 12 calls a day.
