I have a visa debit card with net-spend. On - -, 2016 - fraudulent money transfers was made on my account by an individual I do not know. Net spend would only say the individual name was - -. At - this individual withdrew $350.00 from my account. I called and reported the fraudulent activity and the representative -, told me that my account would be blocked and I was given a dispute number. One hour later the same individual withdrew more money from my account. Again I called and was given a dispute number and told my account would be blocked. I filed a dispute and sent in all requested documents, including a police report for identity theft. After waiting 10 business days I was informed that there was nothing that they could do because the individual had all my information to transfer my funds. Even after I filed a police report they did nothing to retrieve my funds which had been stolen from my account.
