Encore Capital Group Credit card department,
CFPB entered into a consent agreement with Midland Credit Management ( MCM ), which MCM is now violating. MCM agreed to stop attempting to collection efforts and made settlement restitution in some cases but has resumed collection efforts. This was a phony claim to begin with. My claim number is -.
