Barclays PLC Credit card department,
In - 2015, I signed up for a Frontier Credit Card. I was told that I would receive - miles as a bonus for signing up for the card. They advised I could turn these into - round trip flights. They advised on - - that I could just book the flight on my Frontier Credit Card, and when the miles where added they would issue a credit for the airline tickets. I have called for 2 months now and still do not have the miles into my account. They gave me a case number -. I spoke to - who stated she was a supervisor and she stated that it should have been credited. I believe that this a fraud. I was promised something and after paying a $79.00 account fee the company refuses to give me the miles. My frequent flyer number is : -. My credit card number is -
