Home equity loan or line of credit Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New York

Since - I have made more than the payment amount, but it has not been added to the outstanding principal as requested. Instead the mortgage companies push back the payment date which allows the outstanding balance to accrue interest. Which keeps my balance high.
