I recently applied for a - rewards credit card through barclaycard, they requested for more information stating to identify myself, I sent documentation including drivers license front and back, ss card, and a bank statement, I called to follow up company 's response was we do n't believe that this identity is you, representative hung up I was told that I could have been approved but they did n't believe it was me, how is this possible when my credit report states my information correctly and note that I just bought an automobile for -, the company is denying credit for people who qualify, please stop this practice!
