Credit line increase/decrease Georgia

I have a MasterCard with CapitalOne -/-/- they offered me a $50.00 a month or more payment plan to increase my credit limit from $ -- $900.00, I not only made payments on time and more than thee amount I also paid off the card in its entirety along with my - card through them, in -/-/- I personally requested - increases on both my MasterCard and visa credit card which I was granted my credit limit on my MasterCard went from $ -- $1500.00 and I was supposed to still receive my increase automatically for capitalone on -/-/16 I did not receive my increase so I called and was told since my bill comes out on the -/-/16 I would get my increase then, I had also called a few weeks prior and spoke with - different people and was ASSURED that I 'd receive my increase because I received a message stating CONGRATS YOUR INCREASE CAME -/-/-, the increase that I PERSONALLY REQUESTED so I called them up immediately and explained that they still owed me in increase they said you 're right - - we apologize you will definitely get it on -/-/16 FF to today - I call because I still do n't have my increase I speak with an accounts supervisor who once again tried to pass off my personal request for an increase as part of the plan and then after doing further review she stated on you 're right but you actually wo n't get it until -, - which is 7 months not 6 months, I am very upset and I am not waiting anymore I want the increase that is owed to me and I want it TODAY or I will sue capital one.
