I asked at the - - store and was assured they would not issue another card. I am in receipt of a Citi COSTCO VISA card valid to -/-/-, credit limit $9300.00, ending in -. How was my credit report available to Citi VISA?
How did the OPM cyber watch dog program fail? Did the lock ( - - ) on the credit firms ( -, -, - ) all fail? How can Citi VISA just issue a credit of $9300.00 to me without my request or permission, or any security on that credit? Which firm, COSTCO, - -, Citi VISA, is responsible for issuing a line of credit to - - without her knowing, is n't that ID theft? Who is using the - - account that I closed? Who accessed that account and how did they access that account?
