Capital One Credit card department,
I believe I 've been the victim of a timeshare fraud in -, - - -, On - -, - I entered into an agreement with - - and - - -. They agreed to pay me $15000.00 for my residence at - -, which I purchased in -, if I paid them $110000.00. The transaction was headed by a gal name - - and - -. I have included all the pertinent contact information for both - - and - -, the contract and all the information, pertaining to my dispute, which I sent to my credit card company. I 've also included the emails I just received from - -. The reason I believe it is fraud, is that the same thing happened to another person with whom I had a conversation, and the exact details of my experience were the same as theirs. They employed the services of an attorney and finally were able to retrieve their money. The promise of this deal is that if I give them the $11000.00 they will pay me $15000.00 for my - - property within 90 days. The bottom line is that they get their money but for various reasons I will never see mine.
